December Daily 23

Last night, a snow storm hit the area. Normally, I love snow and the more the merrier, but we wanted to leave town and that's impossible if the roads are closed! Skyler kept watch of the weather updates throughout the day (while I worked on a last-minute Christmas gift) and we were very happy when the roads opened in the late morning and we were able to leave after Jordan got off work, as planned. We hit some icy patches (and sub-zero temperatures), but we made it safely to our destination.
