From Skyler

This was one of Skyler's homework assignments a few months ago. He had to read a book and then draw a picture of the beginning, the middle, and the end. When he brought this to me, I asked him where the pictures were, since he was supposed to draw. He told me it was an alphabet book, so he had labled B as the beginning (bgine) O as the middle (mtl) and Z as the end (end). Yikes - he's already discovered how to get by by doing the absolute minimum! I'm certainly going to have to watch out for this kid.
