Halloween Rewind
Or Halloween recycling, you decide. Skyler wanted to be Blue again this year all on his own, no persuasion from me, granted I didn't try too hard to persuade him to be anything else, but that's besides the point. Adding about six inches to the bottom of the costume was easier and cheaper than buying or making a new one.
